Another illustration from one of several pages for Book of Pages that never made it into the final story (drawn sometime around 1991). This one is “The Year of the Fat Wolves”, in which Jiriki encounters a traveller in the wilderness who explains how he encourages other travellers not to arm themselves as a defence against wolves, without realising that this strategy has kept him safe only because the wolves are fully supportive of his proselytizing of it.
